Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, experience with various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, proficient knowledge of data storage solutions, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Experience working with Big Data teams is highly preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute planned analyses to analyze big data from a variety of sources including: first party, third party and product usage data
- Build and iterate on dashboards by collaborating with other DA leads that inform stakeholders across product, engineering, sales and customer support teams.
- Work with other DAs to conduct in-depth analyses that tell the story of how our products are being used and identify improvements
- Create compelling presentations with actionable recommendations
- Share your insights across the team and company, from your team members up to the leadership
- Resolve customer problems and identify solutions that proactively solve future problems =
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or math-based discipline, or equivalent practical experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of data analytics experience
- Hands-on experience of advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, etc.)
- Experience working with a BI tool like such as Tableau, Chartio or Looker
- Some hands-on experience with data pipelines and/or ETL processes is an added benefit
