Data Analyst Intern

About this role
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will join a team of passionate data experts at Flowcode, where your analytical skills and unwavering curiosity will be instrumental in supporting our customer success team. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analyses, uncovering hidden patterns and trends, and translating these insights into actionable strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
 
This is an in person internship based in NYC. Pay rate for this role is $20/hr – 10 or 20 hours a week from March 4 – May 31
 
Your responsibilities

  • Delve into a wide range of data sources to extract key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Gather relevant data from both internal and external sources to help measure the success of client campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success and product teams to provide data-driven insights that inform their decision-making processes

Your skills and experience

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in data science, computer science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL, including working with large datasets, joining data tables, writing complex queries to extract information from a data warehouse
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Familiarity with either Microsoft Excel or Google sheets for data augmentation
