Job Description
As data analyst, you would be working closely with our publishing and production teams, your role will involve gaining a better understanding of player behavior on our mobile games and making recommendations accordingly.
In this context, your main missions will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Extract and manipulate the data and use your analytical skills and business sense to nurture innovation and find new opportunities for growth:
- Collaborate with production and publishing to design tracking for various game features and ensure the quality of the data received (churn, level completion rates, etc.);
- Develop visual and understandable dashboards for our production, publishing & marketing teams;
- Supporting our production team by studying player data to adapt our game content accordingly, and marketing team regarding campaign optimization;
- Studying the impact of our monetization strategies on player reactions (A/B testing, CPI analysis, etc.) Provide actionable recommendations based on your findings.
Automating the implementation of our protocols and processes to optimize in-game tracking;
Collaborate with tech team to shape and refine our data strategy, create, maintain and update data pipelines
Qualifications
Professional Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role with a mobile application publisher (gaming or other industries).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Knowledge of statistics is necessary.
- Python and R skills are a plus.
- C# is a big plus
Other Competencies:
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomous and ready to manage data analysis on multiple games.
- Strong interest in data and its ability to deliver valuable insights.
- Product sense and knowledge of game design are advantageous.
- Professional-level fluency in English.
