Due to continued and rapid growth we’re on the hunt for a Lead Analyst to lead our Growth Analytics Team in Shoreditch, London. You’ll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing:

Your principal responsibility will be to make an impact and lead us to better decisions for the company and our customers

Leading a team of analysts who will be responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, some statistical modelling, and deeper dive analysis that we expect to influence the direction of the team and the company
-
You will also be the conduit between the team and the company. You’ll be expected to help stakeholders shape and understand what they want and need, and to help the team shape their work to fit that need

The team you’re applying for will be focussed on the following:

Helping us understand what’s driving our growth
-
Deep diving into particular use cases to inform strategic decisions at a product and company level
-
Prepping and communicating these results to a wider and more senior audience
-
In general, the role requires something of a unicorn who can handle some statistical modelling and interpretation, communicate and coordinate with others well, and has good commercial reasoning and awareness

Who you are
-
5-6 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping)
-
Strong analytical ability
-
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
-
2-4 years experience in similar roles
-
Data visualisation and storytelling ability
-
Ability to self organise and manage stakeholders
-
Demonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements
-
Python/R
-
Understanding of stats and statistical modelling (measures of central tendency, understanding of variance and testing, some regression modelling)

Mathematical background
Desirable
-
Dbt
-
Data modelling in a warehouse context
-
Understanding of testing and experimental design
-
Legally authorised to work in the UK
