Because we are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analyst (m/f/x) to join our team.

You will  monitor performance and level of adherence of operational and automated processes by analysing data and highlighting KPI deviations and other findings

Job Description

Your playing field:

• Setting up standards. In this important position you are responsible to define KPIs, metrics, reporting and visualisation capabilities and write complex SQL statements.
• Quality. Quality assurance, verification of accuracy and consistency of data and reporting
• Monitoring. You will keep an eye on the performance and level of adherence of operational and automated processes. Therefore, you will set up requirement analysis for monitoring capabilities and maintain of auditable documentation.
• Investigate. Any alerts, KPI deviations and other findings will be investigated.
• Oversee. All compliance monitoring activities at all organisational levels will be under your report. 
• Solutions. You will ensure to track timely and proper solution and/or mitigation of gaps and deviations. 
• Consulting. As an expert in your area, you will provide consultancy on reporting improvement at all monitoring levels.

Qualifications

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

• Experienced. You have at least 5 years experience in a regulated industry
• Detail and Quality Oriented. You are energised by scrutinising information and strive for quality. 
• Tech Skills. You have advanced SQL skills and know how to create and define reports. Highly proficient with dashboarding tools such as Qlikview, Domo, Tableau or other enterprise tools.
• Data. Solid technical background with a complete understanding of database design and modelling using Redshift, MySQL or SQL server Reporting skills at all organisational levels.
• Team Player.  We are #onetipico helping each other to achieve our overall goals and like to welcome a real team player to our winning team. You are  self-driven, proactive and knowledgeable.
• Tech Savvy. You are skilled in using common data tools and can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
• Language Skills. Our team consists of more than 50 different nationalities working together to achieve the Tipico mission. English is the official language of the Tipico Malta office. For this position, we would also appreciate fluent German skills.
• Traveling. You may be required to travel between our different offices in Malta and Germany on a regular basis.
