We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to lead data-driven insights, ensuring high-quality analysis and optimization across our data platforms. This role is integral in transforming data into actionable insights, empowering our team to make data-backed decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs, design reporting solutions, and provide meaningful analytics to support business objectives.
Tasks
- Conduct in-depth analyses of complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategy and drive key decisions.
- Implement best practices for data validation and quality control, ensuring all analysis is accurate, reliable, and insightful.
- Partner closely with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools to present insights in a clear, actionable format.
- Work with data engineering to support ETL processes, ensuring data from diverse sources (APIs, databases, flat files) is consistently integrated and optimized for analysis.
- Collaborate in the management of the Data Warehouse (e.g., Snowflake), focusing on optimizing for analytical efficiency and data integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and translating complex data into clear insights.
- Expertise in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Keen eye for accuracy and detail, ensuring data integrity and high-quality insights.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
