Data Analyst Warehousing Solutions
In the Global Warehouse Service (GWS) department we are looking for a strong warehousing business analyst who can contribute to bringing our reporting and data analytics to the next level. To support our customers in the continuous operation of ASML machines in their chip production fabs, ASML keeps spare parts and tools in warehouses close to our customers. In total we have around 60 service and factory warehouses globally. The Global Warehouse Service team, is tasked to ensure  the warehouses are ready to support our customers in the most efficient way. This means that all facilities need to be fit for purpose, provide enough space, sufficient skilled manpower that use the standard way of working, and performance reporting needs to be in place.

Job mission

The performance of the current warehouses is measured over several KPI’s (key performance indicators). It will be your responsibility to develop, improve and maintain warehouse reporting & tools. The tools are needed to manage our 3PLs and guarantee an excellent performance of our 3PL warehouses. You will also support in benchmarking across our warehouses and perform analyses on performance issues. You will work closely together with our Country Warehouse Managers to support them in their 3PL performance management and you will work closely with the financial control specialist to support the warehouse budgeting process.

Job description

  • Develop, improve and maintain Warehouse reporting & tools
  • Analyze the results of the local and factory warehouses and present the results
  • Analyze process adherence
  • Support in performance management of the ASML warehouses
  • Initiate and drive improvements that resolves structural issues
  • Support or manage warehousing improvement projects
  • Build relationships with wide range of internal and external stakeholders, for example: IT, local warehousing

Education

Master in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Mathematics, Finance,

Experience

  • 2-5 years experience in data analytics & reporting
  • Analyzing and interpretating big sets of logistics data, including visualization
  • Experience in Excel, Spotfire, SAP and PowerBI
  • Background in a Supply Chain or Warehousing
  • Financial background is an advantage
  • Experience with 3PL’s is an advantage
  • Knowledge of LEAN or six sigma is preferred
