Job Description

As a D&A Director you will be responsible of manage a team of Managers and Analytical Consultants in charge of leading and serving as single point of contact s for certain identified EFX Domain solutions during the pre-Sales/Sales process steps.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a team of Managers and Analytical Consultants responsible for leading and serving as single point of contact s for certain identified EFX Domain solutions during the pre-Sales/Sales process steps.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders, ensuring team can effectively present/validate use cases, demos and customer scenarios for which covered domain solutions are uniquely suited; Ensure team can effectively demonstrate ROI, value and competitive advantages of identified solutions and participate, as needed in escalated activities

  • Drive the development of complex win-win proposals, providing strategic input as needed throughout the process, including during negotiations; Demonstrate behaviors that can be learned to drive performance and engagement throughout the team

  • Mentor team resources to ensure their ability to grow and demonstrate deep understanding of solution capabilities, issues the solutions will address, market expertise and industry trends to drive profitable, long-term revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer value; Drive the development of managers on the team to ensure they effectively develop and mentor individuals across the organization, sharing knowledge and expertise that builds bench strength

  • Stay abreast of competitor activity to drive team’s understanding and ability to position EFX as a strategic and advantageous partner and competitive market leader

  • Build talent bench strength by identifying, mentoring, coaching and developing top talent internally, and continually networking externally for potential future talent needs

What experience you need

  • BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline; Master’s Degree strongly preferred
  • 10-15+ years of related analytical or consulting experience, with ample experience demonstrating leadership capabilities

  • Team management experience required

  • Cloud certification strongly preferred

  • Expert level skills using TensorFlow, Google ML, R, Python, Spark, BigQuery, BQML, Cloud Fundamentals, GitHub, Testing Statistical Algorithms, Basic understanding of ML deployment and production tools, DataFlow, AirFlow, Python, JSON, BigTable

  • Demonstrated experience using influence to tell stories with data and using data visualization tools including Tableau
