As a Data Analytics Enablement Senior Associate in International Private Bank Chief Data Office team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a data-centric culture within our International Private Bank. You will be responsible for empowering business units to make data-driven decisions by ensuring access to necessary data, assisting in complex analyses, and developing prototypes for stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

  • Facilitates access to relevant data for consumers adept at performing complex analyses
  • Guides stakeholders in identifying appropriate systems of record for data extraction
  • Collaborates with stakeholders lacking technical expertise to understand their hypotheses and insights
  • Develops and presents prototypes to demonstrate potential solutions and insights
  • Analyzes data sets to identify quality issues and understand underlying problems
  • Provides recommendations for data quality improvements and corrective actions
  • Works closely with business units to understand their data needs and analytical requirements
  • Serves as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Utilizes advanced analytics coding languages to perform data analysis and develop solutions
  • Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and banking

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Proven experience in data analytics
  • Proficiency in analytics coding languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with banking systems and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in data analytics within the banking or financial services industry
