Who we seek:
We are looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer who is passionate about data engineering, automation, and business intelligence. This role will support business decision-making through the development of scalable data pipelines, the creation of data visualizations, and the implementation of reporting infrastructure using Snowflake, Tableau, and Python. The ideal candidate is self-driven, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain data flows and pipelines leveraging Python-powered notebooks in Databricks, which are hosted on AWS
- Source, build, and maintain data stored in Snowflake and overlaying visualizations using Tableau
- Develop Snowflake notebooks leveraging Python, knowledge of APIs, and SQL to build ETL pipelines and database tables/views that can be published to Tableau
- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement required data marts, reports, and dashboards, created from multiple data sources
- Assess current stakeholder needs, develop strategic, mid to long-term roadmap, and update regularly as priorities and needs shift.
- Manage, maintain, and organize JIRA tickets
- Gather and work with a variety of disparate data sources to produce insightful and simple analyses and visuals to drive business decisions
- Review analysis and visuals produced, and provide insights and recommendations to decision-makers based on findings
- Relentlessly focus on automation and simplification of reporting and BI processes; destroy any tech debt along the way
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science, or related field
- Experience writing SQL queries, procedures, and database operations in Snowflake
- Knowledge of Tableau dashboard creation as well as Tableau Online administration is required as it is our data visualization tool
- Administration of Snowflake in coordination with DevOps, overall operational knowledge of AWS S3 in tandem with Snowflake. Other AWS services a plus
- G-Suite experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides) preferred – we use G Suite for general office work!
- Desired GTM application exposure includes; Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Clari, Outreach, 6sense, Gsheets, and a variety of other core GTM tools as our stack develops and changes over time
- Experience with Salesforce.com data model, reports, and dashboard creation strongly preferred – Salesforce is our primary data source for analytics and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Software as a service or subscription revenue exposure is a plus
- Ability to function and prioritize well in a high-paced, remote environment

The annual base salary range is $115,000 – $140,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
