Job Description

• Evaluate market demand, customer preferences, and product viability to guide strategic decision-making and product development.
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities. Understand customer behavior and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Develop concrete plans to generate incremental revenue for sales and trading using data analytics.
• Develop new data visualizations and maintain the Financial Markets dashboard.
• Collect and validate data from various sources to drive business growth and generate daily bank-wide performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, FX Sales, Financial Market Products, Business Development, or Consulting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
• Strong English communication and numerical skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to coordinate with relevant functions within the organization.
• Highly motivated and able to work effectively in a demanding environment.
