  • Strong Oracle and/or MS SQL Server Developer having experience with Analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Semantic model development experience supporting analytic tools (Power BI) referencing hybrid models (in-memory and Direct query)
  • Join a diverse group of developers responsible for delivering Financial Solutions across the Corporate Finance Domain. 
  • Develop transactional and data warehouse solutions using a broad spectrum of database products focused primarily on Oracle and SQL Server but moving towards cloud database technology including Databricks and Snowflake
  • Responsible for working with product systems for data acquisition to support reporting/analytics
  • Develop solutions that integrated disparate platforms to provide users a seamless experience across our financial stack.
  • Collaborating with the QA team to ensure the right level of testing is implemented on both the engineering and QA side
  • Collaborate across teams within IT and Finance
  • Core/Must have skills

  • Power BI Architect/Developer
  • Data Modelling, Designing the Semantic Model for Direct or Hybrid data access
  • Power Query, DAX queries, Performance Tuning
  • Data visualization experience
  • SQL Experience
  • Security modelling in Power BI
  • Hands on SQL experience with Oracle or SQL Server
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in writing windows batch scripts
  • Good to have skills

  • OBIEE
  • Oracle PL/SQL
  • Working with Cloud databases is a plus (Snowflake, Databricks)
