Job DescriptionThe Data Analytics Senior Consultant leverages data and analytics to address complex business questions and inform strategy by clearly communicating findings to senior leadership. This role also develops and maintains best practices for data retrieval, manipulation, reporting, and analytics. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, organize, and analyze complex datasets to identify and explain business outcomes. Monitor and evaluate business initiatives against key performance indicators; share results and recommendations with management.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in data analytics. Mentor and support less experienced analysts in building analytical skills.
Translate data-driven insights into accessible findings for non-technical stakeholders. Use analytics to shape and influence business strategy. Establish, update, document, and share best practices for data management, quality, reporting, and analytics.
Communicate project updates to team members and deliver presentations to management. Experience3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred). Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.
