The Role
1.Diseño de la Arquitectura de Datos:
– Crear y mantener la arquitectura de datos de la organización.
– Diseñar modelos de datos que satisfagan las necesidades actuales y futuras de la empresa.
2. Gestión de Datos:
– Gestionar la integración y transformación de datos desde diversas fuentes.
– Supervisar la calidad de los datos y garantizar la consistencia, integridad y disponibilidad de los mismos.
3. Optimización de Rendimiento: – Optimizar el rendimiento de las bases de datos y sistemas de almacenamiento.
– Realizar ajustes para garantizar un acceso rápido y eficiente a los datos.
4. Seguridad de Datos: – Implementar medidas de seguridad para proteger los datos sensibles de la organización.
– Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones de privacidad de datos.
5. Apoyo a Proyectos: – Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y proyectos para garantizar que se utilicen las mejores prácticas de gestión de datos.
6. Evaluación Tecnológica: – Evaluar y recomendar nuevas tecnologías y herramientas de gestión de datos que puedan beneficiar a la organización.
7. Documentación: – Mantener documentación detallada de la arquitectura de datos y los procedimientos de gestión.
8. Resolución de Problemas: – Identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con la gestión y acceso a los datos.
9. Formación y Desarrollo: – Proporcionar capacitación y orientación a otros miembros del equipo en temas relacionados con datos y bases de datos.
10. Planificación Estratégica:
– Colaborar en la planificación estratégica de la gestión de datos para alinearla con los objetivos de negocio de la organización.
Who You Are
Grado en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software, o un campo relacionado. Posgrado o Diplomado en Arquitectura de Datos o Certificación CDMP
Experiencia en bases de datos, modelado de datos y gestión de datos.
Competencia en lenguajes de consulta, como SQL. Habilidades de programación en lenguajes como Python, Java o Scala. Experiencia en herramientas de ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) y Big Data como Hadoop o Spark.
Conocimientos de seguridad de datos y cumplimiento normativo.Experiencia definiendo e implementando Gobierno de datos Experiencia trabajando con Databricks y SQL Synapse
