Job Description

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our organization’s data architecture strategy. Your responsibilities include:

• Crafting and upholding the organization’s data architecture strategy, encompassing data models, data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data governance frameworks.
• Designing and executing scalable, high-performance data storage and retrieval systems, such as databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
• Establishing and enforcing data standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure the consistency, quality, and security of our data assets.
• Creating and maintaining data models, schema definitions, and data mapping documents to facilitate data integration, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Evaluating and selecting data management tools, technologies, and platforms, and overseeing their seamless integration into our IT ecosystem.
• Implementing robust data security and privacy controls to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Collaborating closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to design and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data workflows.
• Defining and implementing efficient data governance workflows and processes to ensure streamlined operations across the organization.
• Performance Tuning, Volume testing and Optimization to ensure High performance in the Querying.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) with

8 to 10 years of extensive industry experience in Implementation of large programs / projects.

• Demonstrated expertise as a Data and Analytics Architect, with a strong track record in data modeling and designing and implementing data architecture solutions for large-scale, real-time, high-performance systems, including Data Lake Houses, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in business intelligence systems, including dimensional modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics, as well as familiarity with Data Lake Houses, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Streaming Platforms, and NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of data modeling principles, methodologies, and tools, coupled with experience in defining technology roadmaps and target architectures.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end project implementation on Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, serving as an Architect.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional, AWS Certified Big Data – Specialty, Azure, etc., are highly desirable.
• Expertise in leveraging Gen AI architecture is considered a significant advantage
