This role takes place in a specific part of our business which is our Near Patient Program in Constanta, supporting our TRICARE contract. TRICARE is in partnership with the US Military.

As a crucial member of our team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flow, collection, and architecture, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain optimal data pipeline infrastructure.
• Develop efficient data collection, storage, and processing workflows.
• Implement data governance processes to uphold data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to transform data into actionable insights.
• Build and test infrastructure for data generation and analytics.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater scalability and efficiency.
• Develop analytics tools to provide valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Support stakeholders with technical issues and data infrastructure needs.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Experience with data pipeline optimization.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Project management expertise.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role.
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Certifications in relevant tools and technologies.
• Ability to pass background checks and clearance procedures.
