Data Engineer – Gaming & User journey

Are you passionate about gaming and data analytics! If your answer is yes, then you’re in luck! Our User Journey & Gaming team is looking for a Data Engineer to join them!

What you’ll be doing:

• Work on the development and optimization of our DWH architecture, ensuring robust and efficient data pipelines

• Collaborate closely with data analysts, product owners, and engineering teams to understand the business context and drive data-driven solutions

• Define and implement data quality checks, controls, and best practices to ensure the reliability of insights

• Take ownership of complex engineering challenges, suggest improvements to architecture, and stay ahead of the curve by adopting new technologies

• Perform code reviews and contribute to team-wide engineering standards, with a focus on delivering direct business value through data

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience with data transformation flows, particularly in ETL processes and DWH architecture

• Is proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of modern data architectures

• Can work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Has experience in designing data models aligned with business requirements and translating those into scalable solutions

• Writes clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, following best practices focused on performance and scalability

• Holds a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field

• Is fluent in English and able to use it in delivering insightful presentations for stakeholders

• Familiar with Snowflake

• Coming from the gaming industry
