Senior Data Governance Architect
Location: Pune/Hyderabad.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust data solutions that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Architecture Design:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Design and implement data models (dimensional and data vault) to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Define data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Data Governance:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify data requirements and prioritize data initiatives.
- Implement data quality processes to monitor and improve data accuracy and completeness.
- Data Engineering:
- Cloud Technologies:
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable and cost-effective data solutions.
- Implement cloud-native data technologies and services to modernize the data infrastructure.
- Data Visualization and Analytics:
- Collaborate with data analysts and business users to visualize data insights and drive decision-making.
- Implement data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create interactive dashboards and reports.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 11-16 years of experience as a data governance architect or similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing tools (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
