- Policy and Procedure Establishment: Define and document data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective data management practices.
- Identify and own Data Domains (Data Blocks) and collaborate with Data Excellence Team to monitor Data Quality
- Drive cross functional Data Forums for C&S Data Domain
- Drive, maintain and own Data Glossary for C&S
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and establish governance requirements.

- In-depth knowledge of data governance concepts, frameworks, and best practices to establish and maintain effective data governance processes.
- Familiarity with data protection laws, regulations, and industry compliance standards to ensure the organization’s data practices align with legal requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and senior management, fostering a data-centric culture.
- The ability to analyze complex data governance issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to improve data governance processes and mitigate risks.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English both spoken and written

Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people. To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople.
