What You’ll Do:

  • Create the Real Estate Department Global Information System.
  • Suggest a data base organization for group Real estate Worldwide and items to be included.
  • Coordinate with the businesses the creation and the updating of the data base.
  • Steer the updating of the data base (training, meetings, reporting).
  • Develop and deliver reporting views at various levels (legal entities, countries, business units and type of activity) as well as indicators and alerts (termination date …) adding value to the business.
  • Build ad hoc data related queries. 
  • Set up processes to increase data efficiency. 
  • Enable follow-up on KPIs and contributes to data analysis and interpretation.
  • Provide and updates datas management templates.
  • Develop and monitor the archiving of real Estate data.
  • Contribute to the life of the Real estate Department.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in data management (extract, organize, present, updates)
  • Experience in reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams,
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI,
  • Capabilities for Mastering data management and obtaining the team adhesion.
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree.
  • Interest in technical solutions (buildings, factories, lands).
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
