Responsibilities

 

The Data Operations Analyst will provide daily production technical support to ensure the overall performance of the production systems are maintained at the highest levels through proactive measures and problem resolution.

 

  • Works closely with Software and QA through the Release Management process. Interacts with all levels of technical and management positions.
  • Ensures that customers’ concerns or service level incidents are addressed promptly and efficiently by troubleshooting, engaging other engineers, implementing solutions or advancing to the appropriate member of management or third tier resources.
  • Adheres to service level agreements, IT best practices, ISO requirements for 9001, 14001, 20000 and 27001.
     

Qualifications

 

 

  • 5 years of Data Operations Support experience or 3 years with bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field
  • Intermediate level Linux command skills, with experience in KSH/Python scripting.
  • Performs advanced level troubleshooting including sophisticated issues of data processing systems
  • Demonstrates administrative knowledge of automation systems and troubleshooting capability
  • Shown experience in detecting, reporting, advancing, tracking and documenting incidents

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $67,000 – $114,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
