Job Description
Cross-Meta Integrity (XI) Measurement is a central measurement team which builds, governs and produces all of the Integrity metrics used to assess XI’s progress against our mission to protect people and businesses while preserving voice and economic opportunity. These metrics are used across all of Meta, whether it is an XI team goaling on their ability to limit specific types of harm or a Product team in the Family of Apps ensuring that a launch doesn’t inadvertently regress integrity outcomes, XI Measurement surfaces the insights to guide team strategy and org investment.
The successful candidate will lead a multi-layered team of data scientists and partner with product managers, software engineers, operations managers, policy experts, and other disciplines to fulfill our mission. As critical members of the product leadership team, our data scientists bring their expertise to define the metrics and frameworks that shape the overall priorities of our teams, design cutting-edge measurement and inventive experiments to put high-fidelity data behind these artifacts, and perform product, ecosystem, and experimental analyses to drive long-term strategy as well as day-to-day product development. This work utilizes one of the largest data sets in the world and drives high-stakes outcomes that impact billions of people on and off the platform.
About the role:
Product leadership: You will use data to understand the product and business ecosystem, quantify new opportunities, identify upcoming challenges, and shape product development to bring value to people, businesses, and Meta.
