Job Description
Kikoff is a high-growth fintech startup building products to create fair, effective, and simple financial pathways to help 100M Americans reach their financial goals. Investors include Lightspeed, Coatue and GGV. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs who co-founded and served as C-suite executives.

You will:

Own a specific domain and collaborate with engineer and product teams to launch product features from concept to execution, driving product development from 0 to 1.

Dig into our dataset to uncover insights about our customers, their behavior, and the performance of our products, using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making.

Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and operations to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize product performance.

Answer stakeholders questions with in-depth analyses and create dashboards to visualize and communicate key findings effectively.

Develop key business metrics and automate reporting to provide ongoing visibility into the performance of products and business operations.

Make recommendations and present insights to the entire company.
We’re looking for someone who has:

2+ years of experience in Data Science and Product Analytics

Strong SQL skills; ability to use Python.

Strong domain knowledge and product sense, with the ability to understand business requirements, provide meaningful insights, and create actionable insights from data.

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, PowerBI, Tableau.

Experience with ETL tools such as DBT, Fivetran, Airflow.

Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.

Intellectually curious and self-driven to learn more in an unstructured environment.
