About the role
We are looking for a Data Scientist (f/m/x)
to become a pivotal member of our Data Strategy team, leading data science and
automation initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will spearhead innovative
projects, create strategic data prototypes alongside our Product team, and
uncover automation opportunities that boost efficiency. Your skill in
interpreting complex datasets will produce impactful insights, guiding crucial
strategic decisions. This role offers a rare chance to work at the crossroads of

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead
  the research and development of innovative and strategic data prototypes.
• Apply
  cutting-edge technological solutions to address data handling challenges and
  identify automation opportunities.
• Drive
  the discussions on tool and system automation, aiming to enhance the
  efficiency, accuracy, and cohesion of data pipelines in accordance with the
  governance framework established with our Product department.
• Guide
  the team in executing complex client analyses and custom delivery projects,
  utilizing the right data and automation tools effectively.
• Assist
  business intelligence activities, constructing comprehensive data tracking and
  monitoring dashboards to provide insightful observations.
• Engage
  closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales,
  to ensure data science initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Drive
  ongoing enhancements in data science task force processes by staying abreast of
  industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor
  junior data scientists, cultivating a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s
  degree in data science-related fields and/or extensive professional experience
  in the industry.
• Working
  proficiency and +3 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL. Applicable
  knowledge in other languages and tools would be a great value-add.
• Working
  proficiency and hands-on experience with data intelligence and visualization
  tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Solid
  understanding of statistics and machine learning, with expertise in
  cutting-edge machine learning techniques and applied statistical skills.
• Strong
  analytical mindset and business acumen, with the ability to detect data
  patterns and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional
  communication skills, critical for conveying findings to both technical and
  non-technical audiences.
• Strong
  problem-solving skills coupled with a collaborative approach, showcasing
  effectiveness as a team player.
