Job Description
Responsibilities:o Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive data science solutions o Employ a broad spectrum of techniques in machine learning and statistics, such as regression, classification, ensemble methods, and deep learning.o Collaborate intensively with data engineers, ML engineers, and contribute to developing machine learning and statistical modelso Analyze and enhance existing codebases, identify and fix bugs, and recommend improvements to improve performance and ease of integration.o Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, decision-making capabilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Required Skills / Experience:o BSc/BEng/MSc/ in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant disciplineo A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, leveraging statistics, data analysis, ML and deep learning technologies through real world experience.o Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL, with proven experience in automating machine learning pipelines and data processes for efficiency and scalability.o Skilled in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiar with Spark and/or Hadoop ecosystems.o Deep understanding of statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP/NLU, with practical experience in applying these technologies to real-world problemso Familiarity with software engineering principles and Agile methodologies.o Knowledgeable in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, specifically their ML and computational resources.o  This is a hybrid opportunity at our Redwood City, CA office location.o  Experience with Data Cleansingo  Experience with AWS Serviceso  Strong understanding and experience with Prompt Engineeringo  Deploying Services with Harnesso  Experience with Generative AI Desired Skills/Experience:o A master’s degree or PhD in fields such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.o Proficiency demonstrated through successful completion of assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.o Experience with open-source frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLMs).

$110,000 – $150,000 USD Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for benefits, and may be eligible for equity.
