Job Description
Job PurposeContribute to methodological innovation in the exciting and fast changing world of media measurement. This position will develop new methodologies to measure audiences across platforms and calibrate big data using internal/external panels. This is an ideal position to grow as a researcher, contribute to innovative products, and deploy cutting edge methodologies across platforms in audience measurement methodology.
Autonomously contribute to analyses which support the deployments of new solutions through advanced analytics techniques. Provides insights which help drive internal decisions based on statistical evidence. Interacts with the stakeholders providing technical and statistical insights into the data.

Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to develop new methodologies in the audience measurement field.
- Work with cross-functional teams to validate and optimize methodologies.
- Deploy data pipelines and models in a cloud environment.
- Ensure methodologies are fit for purpose and working as intended; troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve when they are not.
- Makes sure clients’ methodological requirements are addressed.
- Compile and deliver methodology documentation.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques and use visualization tools to present key insights to the stakeholders.
- Participate in team projects and staff meetings .
- Proactively gather information, as needed, to work independently and with a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Social Science or other hard sciences (e.g. Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics etc.)
- 1-2 years research experience in a business setting.
- Outstanding statistical and analytical skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to think “out of the box”.
- Strong proficiency with Python, Spark, SQL, Unix, git, and AWS (S3 and EC2).
- Ability to communicate complex results and findings in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of business audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Good knowledge of Tableau or other visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Excellent debugging skills
- Excellent machine learning fundamentals.
- Collaborative code development experience, including version control, unit/integration testing, code review and sharing.
- Curiosity and skepticism.
- Masters or Doctorate degree in an above mentioned field (preferred).
- Broad industry knowledge(preferred)
