Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • 5 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Retail clients to identify technical challenges and opportunities, offer AdTech and MarTech solutions, and lead project planning.
  • Experience and ability to work closely with sales and cross-functional teams and influence key, senior stakeholders internally and externally, across all levels.
  • Experience working with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub, or Google Cloud) and familiarity with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, targeting, etc.).
  • Understanding of the Privacy landscape.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills.

The Data, Measurement, and Analytics team partners with some of Google’s largest and most complex advertisers to harness data, measurement, and analytics capabilities to deliver on their business and marketing goals, making the most of the suite of Google’s Data, Technology, and Ads Solutions (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.). We work with executive management at our largest advertisers and marketing partners to understand their business goals and offer technology solutions to meet their specific needs.

As a Data Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the business cycle for key Data and Measurement infrastructure capabilities, and managing conversations across clients and partners to drive adoption of Data and Measurement solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to accelerate infrastructure adoption, aligned with the advertisers joint business plan with Google.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Power Retailers’ Google AI through influential thought leadership on data and measurement infrastructure across the Google Marketing Platform Suite (e.g. Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products).
  • Drive progression from discovery through implementation by working cross-functionally with Ad Sales, Cloud teams, Product/Technical Specialists, and Google partners to synthesize technical and strategic business requirements into cohesive business cases.
  • Shape, scope, and execute transformational data/tech programs with cross-functional teams that will deliver outstanding marketing return on investment for customers and industry at large.
  • Drive advanced Data and Measurement product usage when a customer has adopted Google solutions. Ensure that customers operationalize solutions.
  • Establish oneself as a trusted tech advisor and develop senior business partnerships with strategic customers and internal cross-functional teams.
