Job Title: DCO – Divisional Risk and Control – BI Analyst

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

  • Divisional Control Office (DCO) is responsible for supporting the business by developing,
  • implementing and maintaining a risk framework to ensure a strong and sustainable business control environment whilst minimizing risk arising from non-financial risk factors.
  • Risk management includes creation of controls for different risk types and an environment which implements the Controls and report their efficiency through quantification. Candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand the bank’s requirement and develop a framework that will automate the reporting of controls using our preferred technology stack.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work with control owners and stakeholders to understand how the controls or Metrics work
  • Work along with BAs OR stakeholders to visualize the best possible report design
  • Design efficient, creative and low maintenance Dashbaords on Tableau platform
  • Create Tableau prep – data flows to process / transform large volumes of records
  • Work on Sharepoint Lists and extracts to design smarter ways of storing the data
  • Explore BI platforms such as Business Objects to build strong reporting alternative
  • Own and help run the developed system for control metrics reporting
  • Documentation of the environment created which can be used for audit

Your skills and experience

  • Basic understanding of Investment Banking and Non-financial risk domain
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and Strong verbal and written communication
  • 4 years hands-on experience on Tableau – hands on experience on Tableau prep is a plus
  • Tableau certification is highly preferable
  • Strong understanding of excel including formulae and Pivots
  • Understanding of SQL and other BI platforms such as Business Objects is highly desirable.
