We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Developer, Adobe ToolsWe are seeking an Adobe Tools Developer who will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Crate & Barrel’s digital content ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Adobe tools—including Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM, and DAM workflows—and has working knowledge of API-driven integrations or light .

NET/web development. You will support the systems and workflows that move visual content—including images, CGI, and 3D assets. You will troubleshoot content flow issues, maintain workflow automations, support authors, and collaborate across creative, marketing, merchandising, and technology teams to ensure smooth and scalable content operations.

Provide Workfront admin support (queues, routing, forms, permissions, reporting)Monitor and troubleshoot Fusion scenarios; update mappings and connectionsSupport and refine workflow processes for creative and marketing teamsSupport AEM authors with pages, components, and asset usageTroubleshoot issues related to metadata, asset delivery, and content structureAssist with AEM release testing and content validationMaintain and troubleshoot DAM → AEM and DAM → external channel workflowsSupport API-based workflows and troubleshoot integration issuesUnderstand JSON, REST APIs, and field mappings for troubleshootingCollaborate with engineering teams on upstream/downstream issuesMaintain documentation and support process improvements across platformsWhat you’ll bring to the table…Experience with Adobe Workfront and FusionHands-on AEM authoring and DAM usageUnderstanding of content workflows, metadata, and asset lifecycleStrong troubleshooting skills across content and platform issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBasic knowledge of APIs, JSON, REST, and integrationsAbility to read or lightly debug . 00 AnnuallyUp to: $115,000. 00 AnnuallyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
