Requirement & Responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on the AWS environment.
  2. Experience in leading or managing a DevOps team for at least 2 years.
  3. Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  4. Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on the AWS platform.
  5. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
  6. Configure and manage Docker containers and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  7. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  8. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
  9. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  10. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the DevOps team.
  11. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  12. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  13. Extensive experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  14. In-depth understanding of infrastructure as code principles using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  15. Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
  16. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
