The Role: We are looking for an exceptionally smart and driven Growth & Ecomm Business Analyst to lead Birdman’s data-driven advertising and ecommerce strategy. This is a critical, strategic role for someone who possesses sharp cognitive power, strong analytical skills, and relentless proactiveness.

You will be at the forefront of our digital growth initiatives, managing a significant advertising budget and leveraging data, creativity, and automation to drive customer acquisition, lower CAC, improve ROAS, and support organic growth. You’ll play a key role in scaling Birdman’s presence in Mexico and driving international expansion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, MercadoLibre, and Walmart. Use advanced data analysis to improve ACOS, CAC, and ROAS while maximizing advertising impact.
  • Keyword Research and SEO Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO best practices to significantly enhance visibility and search rankings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and MercadoLibre.
  • Campaign Automation and Bid Optimization: Implement automation tools and data-driven bidding strategies to enhance efficiency and ROI. Leverage APIs and performance analytics to streamline campaign management.
  • Listing Optimization and Organic Growth: Enhance product listings by optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and SEO. Align efforts with PPC data to improve CTR, CVR, and organic rankings.
  • Customer Acquisition and Lifetime Value: Optimize paid media to lower CAC while increasing CLV through targeted engagement and upselling. Balance short-term wins with long-term customer growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Testing: Track campaign metrics in real-time and conduct A/B testing for ads and strategies. Focus on weekly improvements through data-driven refinements.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Own Birdman’s ecommerce data ecosystem by building dashboards to track KPIs like ACOS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and organic rankings. Provide actionable insights through regular reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Creative Development and Collaboration: Work with content teams to create impactful ad creatives. Use performance data to refine designs and messaging for better results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and analytics teams to align advertising efforts with inventory, product launches, and broader business goals.
