Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Media Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in extracting and transforming channel centric data, merging it into a cross platform perspective then delivering digital marketing analysis, social media performance, and content effectiveness. This role will be hands on in the development of tools and required data to evolve our monitoring, analyzing, and making of recommendations within our digital and social media efforts with a strong emphasis on data analytics and performance. Preference to candidates that have both retail and consumer brand experience. We are looking for someone who can work on-site at our office. Relocation costs are not covered

  •  Extract, transform and analyze social and digital performance data from multiple sources and integrate that information into a cross-channel campaign level report.
  • Understand and interpret Market Mix Models and digital performance implications and recommendations.
  • Provides data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving paid media and organic social performance.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and interpret omni-channel marketing campaign objectives, developing appropriate measurement and analytical strategies; document and deliver test designs in alignment with objectives.
  • Generate and interpret analytic and reporting findings to deliver data-driven, actionable insights; provide recommendations for changes to marketing strategies that will achieve marketing goals and objectives. 
  • Maintain and improve upon current automated reporting dashboards. 
  • Supports additional projects as requested.
  • Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and recommend changes or additions to measurement and analytics strategies, tactics, and tool capabilities.
  • Assist PSG Marcom/Marketing with adoption of analytic best practices, utilization of common tools and analytic disciplines needed to gauge effectiveness of customer experiences to inform decisions required to drive sales and grow market share.
  • Must be comfortable presenting complex information to a diverse crowd of stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve upon current automated reporting dashboards. 
  • Supports additional projects as requested.

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree

Experience

  • Required: 5+ years of experience in an analytics, business intelligence, or data science role with data extraction, transformation and interpretation

Requirements

Required:

  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting 
  • Experience measuring marketing campaigns and designing test scenarios
  • Knowledge of digital media KPIs and analytics tools
  • Experience with visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Funnel, Tableau, Google Data Studio, DOMO and ability to build dashboard reporting
  • Experience pulling and analyzing data via Google Analytics for organic social and paid media campaigns that include display, native, video/OTT, streaming audio, paid social and paid search. 
  • Experience with social media analytics, including pulling metrics for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and others utilizing native platforms and social media aggregation tools, experience with Sprout Social and/or Sprinklr is a plus

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with data extraction and transformation tools e.g. SQL, Sprout, Python, R
  • Experience with advanced analytic methodologies
  • Experience conducting statistical analysis using tools such as R, Python, SAS, or similar
  • Comfortable building out paid social custom conversions 
  • CDP integration into paid media campaigns 
  • DCO experience
