As the Global Head of Advanced Analytics, you will be leading a team of 65+ data scientists that are all on cross-functional teams – disrupting from inside of a global powerhouse. You will help build our next generation of advanced analytics products using AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning. Examples of problems you will solve include helping R&D determine the next generation of household products, revolutionizing consumer engagement with personally relevant content, and reinventing our supply chain to eliminate food waste.
What’s on the Menu?
• Hire and develop the best data scientists in the CPG industry.
• Lead a team of 65+ data scientists and data science managers that are working in various agile pods. This will include 3-4 direct reports
• Work with the data scientists on your team to develop, own, implement and deploy state of the art machine learning algorithms and other predictive models which will serve as a guiding light for change and improvement.
• Work with your analytics team and own selection, enhancements, and integration of disruptive technologies (AI/ML, Automation, Optimization) focused on fundamentally transforming the way in which we operate.
• Collaborate with senior business partners and leadership to share learnings and align on how Analytics roadmap will deliver against key business objectives.
• engineer end to end solutions and bring creativity and expertise to business challenges.
• Coach other Data Scientists and Associate Data Scientists and drive technical best practices.
• Establish best practices, team norms, vision, and roadmaps for the global Advanced Analytics chapter.
• Evangelize the value of data-driven decision-making.
• Continue your growth and serve as a leading expert in the Data Science and AI spaces.
• Global Chapter lead for all Data Science and AI, responsible for leading this community for all products globally.
• Responsible for incorporating scalable AI use cases throughout the KHC technology portfolio.
• Manage $13.5M in CAPEX spend, enabling $1.5B in KHC efficiencies by 2027.

• I have a Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics with 4 or more years of experience. Advanced degree in Data Science or related field ideal.
• I have at least 7-10 years of people management experience
• I am a master in Python and other languages.
• I possess expertise in machine learning applications such as clustering, time series, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation, and optimization.
• I have experience owning full cycle end to end model deployment.
• I have proven expertise in cloud platforms like Azure and Snowflake
• I have a proven track record of developing top data science talent.
