The Role: Building the Future of Agentic Solutions The Director of Solutions will be responsible for leading a specialized, global team (based in Portugal and the USA) focused on building, packaging, and deploying high-impact, ready-made applications and templates that combine application speed with advanced AI Agent capabilities. Your primary mission is to significantly reduce the time and effort required for customers to launch transformative, agent-powered solutions, effectively becoming a “solutions factory” for agentic use cases within the enterprise. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the global strategy for the Solutions Team, identifying high-value, repeatable use cases for AI Agent solutions across key industries. Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of high-performing Solution Architects, Developers, and AI/ML Engineers in Portugal and the USA.

Establish KPIs, metrics, and quality standards for the solutions portfolio, ensuring maximum reusability and time-to-market impact. Solution Development & Delivery Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of solution development, from ideation and requirements gathering to packaging, documentation, and enablement for sales/delivery teams.

Drive the creation of a standardized Solutions Blueprint that efficiently combines application interfaces (potentially low-code) with underlying AI Agent orchestration and robust back-end services. Ensure all delivered solutions are high-quality, scalable, performant, and adhere to best practices for enterprise application architecture and responsible AI implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product Management to provide market feedback and influence the platform roadmaps for low-code and AI features. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define the value proposition, go-to-market materials, and enablement for the solutions portfolio.

Work with Professional Services and Customer Success to support the initial adoption and successful implementation of the solutions by customers. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise (The Must-Haves) Building Agents for the Enterprise: Expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI Agents within complex, regulated enterprise environments. This requires deep, practical experience in: Architecting secure, reliable, and scalable agentic solutions that integrate with internal enterprise data sources and systems.

Mastery of Agentic Design Patterns tailored for enterprise needs (e. g. , robust tool usage/function calling, auditability, adherence to corporate guardrails and Responsible AI principles).

Familiarity with underlying AI development frameworks (e. g. , LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar) and their application in production environments.

Enterprise Application Building: Deep, practical experience leading the design and deployment of mission-critical enterprise applications (e. g. , core operational systems, high-volume customer-facing portals).
