This position is based in Plano, TX with a hybrid mix of some in-office time and some remote work.
Who We’re Looking For
Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Data & Analytics (DnA) team is looking for a highly motivated person to fill a role as an Enterprise Data Quality, Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the technical deployment of Enterprise Data Quality solutions across multiple systems, business processes, and environments.
What you’ll be doing
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data quality management and as an Enterprise advocate for Enterprise Data Quality Management standards and policies.
- Own design, develop, and deliver data quality products and document best practices for data quality procedures for the enterprise and promote their adoption via data literacy campaigns.
- Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
- Collaborate with system owners and business stakeholders to drive root cause remediation for data quality issues across the enterprise.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data quality findings, improvement recommendations and root cause resolutions to enterprise leadership.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and data analytics teams to support data-driven initiatives.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong experience and knowledge in development of Data Quality rules & framework
- Experience working with business stakeholders and / or system owners in the resolution of (data quality) issues
- Experience in agile work environment and good understanding of agile principles
- Experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty.
- Ability to bridge business and technical concepts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Added Bonus, if you have.
- Working experience in the financial services industry
- Experience and understanding of Reporting or Business Analytics disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems or Business Management with a focus on Analytics, Data Governance, or other closely related discipline.
- Experience working in Informatica Data Quality products (our system of record for Enterprise Data Quality)
