Job Description
As a valued contributor to our team, you will design, manage, and document data stores, data warehouses, and/or subject areas, as well as assess opportunities for improving or consolidating data stores, data warehouses, and their data elements.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Enterprise GRC – Data Management – Principal role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Manage data and lead teams in developing, implementing, and monitoring processes and procedures to develop or maintain data models to support large, complex enterprise projects.
- Oversee the ongoing analysis and evaluation of data model discrepancies and data integration challenges, as well as collaborate with team to address and resolve discrepancies and challenges.
- Collaborate with business units and technical staff to understand data usage, lineage, and attributes.
- Recommend and lead implementation of opportunities to align data architecture workstreams with business objectives.
- Recommend opportunities for new data models and/or the reuse of data models in new environments.

Minimum Required Experiences
- 8 years
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s degree preferred.
- AWS Cloud integration mechanisms.
- Technology implementation/migration.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for data governance.
Skills
- Experience identifying and executing strategic options and influencing resources to meet the defined objectives.
- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software.
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
- Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
- Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing.
- Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
- Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
- Collaborating with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
- Skilled in creating and managing databases with the use of relevant software.
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
- Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations.
- Understanding of risks associated with AI/Machine Learning and its impact on data governance.
Tools
- Experience using SQL
- Experience using Collibra
- Skilled in PowerBI/Tableau
- Experience performing administrative functions within a GRC platform
- Experience using JIRA
