In This Role, You’ll Get To   

  • Develop, test, and maintain robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses 
  • Analyze and optimize ETL workflows to improve performance and efficiency 
  • Implement best practices for data integration and transformation to ensure high-quality data delivery 
  • Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency 
  • Monitor and maintain ETL systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime 
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes and data flows 
  • Understanding how HR data is built and used in a global company  

What You’ll Need To Succeed  

  • 4+ years of experience as a ETL Developer or similar role 
  • Proficiency in Python 
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling 
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the ETL process 
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data 
  • Good English communication skills and build strong relationships within People Team and cross-functionally are required  
  • Excellent critical and problem-solving skills  

It’s Great If You Have   

  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau for data visualization and reporting 
  • Experience in designing and implementing real-time data processing 
  • Experience with SQL  
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum to manage ETL projects effectively 
  • A global perspective and experience working with diverse cultures  
  • Consultant experience
