Business Assurance is a critical function at Jazz aimed at ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of business operations and revenue streams. It encompasses a wide range of activities designed to identify, prevent, and mitigate risks that could lead to revenue leakage, operational inefficiencies, and compliance issues.

The role of Expert Data Analytics and Assurance is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of telecom operations and revenue streams. This role involves analyzing data, monitoring systems, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions to prevent revenue leakage and enhance operational performance.

What does Expert Data Analytics and Assurance do?

• Analyze the data related to the usage and billing to identify irregularities and discrepancies.
• Monitor the revenue streams and operational metrics to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Develop and implement revenue assurance strategies to prevent and detect revenue leakage.
• Conduct regular audits of billing systems, rating engines, and mediation systems to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements.
• Utilize and manage business assurance tools and software for data analysis and monitoring.
• Work closely with finance, B/OSS, network operations, and customer service teams to resolve issues and implement assurance measures.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on business assurance processes and tools.
• Closely work with different stakeholders and functional domains on new offerings, Services, Projects, and assignments
• Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments as and when required by the management.
• Create management visibility through automated reporting and dashboarding.
• Propose, develop, and operationalize reports/controls on the business problems using tools like Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS & Power BI etc.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Master/Bachelor ‘s degree in computer sciences with minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience in Telecom Revenue Assurance will be preferred.

Technical Skills:

• SQL Server, Hadoop (Hive), Oracle
• ETL (SSIS, etc.)
• Data Analytics
