JR66308 FE cPIE Transformative Engineer/Snr Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and strategic solutions to enhance frontend manufacturing processes, improve product yield, and quality.
• Leverage transformative technologies, including advanced modeling, process simulation/emulation, advanced data analytics, smart manufacturing, and AI techniques, to identify areas of improvement and prescribe solutions with a model-based problem-solving process.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as PI, Module, YE, QA, RAM, and SMAI to craft and implement solutions aimed at optimizing yield and reducing defects.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by focusing on research and development to drive continuous improvement in yield and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven knowledge in semiconductor design, frontend processes, and integration.
• Proficiency in design of experiments, advanced data analytics, and visualization.
• Experience with 3D process simulation or emulation software.
• Hands-on skill in scientific programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or R is a bonus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivation and a strong willingness for continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to travel to various sites to successfully implement solution deployments.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial & System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, or other relevant engineering/science fields.
• More than 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
