JR66308 FE cPIE Transformative Engineer/Snr Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and strategic solutions to enhance frontend manufacturing processes, improve product yield, and quality.
- Leverage transformative technologies, including advanced modeling, process simulation/emulation, advanced data analytics, smart manufacturing, and AI techniques, to identify areas of improvement and prescribe solutions with a model-based problem-solving process.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as PI, Module, YE, QA, RAM, and SMAI to craft and implement solutions aimed at optimizing yield and reducing defects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by focusing on research and development to drive continuous improvement in yield and quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven knowledge in semiconductor design, frontend processes, and integration.
- Proficiency in design of experiments, advanced data analytics, and visualization.
- Experience with 3D process simulation or emulation software.
- Hands-on skill in scientific programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or R is a bonus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivation and a strong willingness for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to travel to various sites to successfully implement solution deployments.
Education and Experience:
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial & System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, or other relevant engineering/science fields.
- More than 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
