Finance and Data Analyst (Property Management)

• Keen interest in real estate / property management. 

This position will provide lease management support (focusing mainly on analytical and reporting) for all retail leases within the Company’s portfolio. 

Job Description

• Finance Related 
• Maintain rent roll and tenancy detail files.
• Analyze tenant sales performance, including top 10 key tenants, sales by trade categories, and impact on sales variance.
• Prepare ACG and Board reports.
• Analyze and prepare forecast reports weekly.
• Prepare and report other monthly reports.
• Analyze rental, sales, and occupancy costs monthly.
• Compare actual sales to forecast and budget.
• Analyze Fitting out Period impact on GTO and GTO rent.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis/reports as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent. 
• A team player, creative, meticulous, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication/ presentation skills. 
• You should possess pro-activeness and desire for more knowledge with a positive attitude, and, ability to multi-task as well as work independently in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. 
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel. 
• Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling.
