The DXC Finance Master Data is a corporate team responsible for enabling the key finance master data elements within DXC finance systems according to Corporate, Reporting, and Business needs. The team is part of DXC Finance Systems and Processes organization and cooperates with stakeholders across multiple finance and business functions. Finance Master Data Manager drives the implementation and maintenance of Master Data to provide relevant, timely, and accurate financial information for financial planning, decision-making, control and risk management, and internal and external performance measurement. Works with Finance and Information Technology stakeholders to design, construct, and implement global financial and business processes and systems requirements. Develops design requirements and functionality needed when implementing a new Master Data structure and attributes or enhancing a current setup.

Role: Finance Master Data Manager

Location: Poland/fully remote

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute Master Data projects and tasks, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

  • Support the alignment of Master Data with business goals and structures through collaborative efforts.

  • Provide complex finance and master data analysis to drive accurate and reliable financial reporting.

  • Support maintenance and improvements of Master Data workflows, processes, and documentation.

  • Subject Matter Expert on Master Data and Finance Reporting topics.

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Master Data team, including resource coordination.

  • Collaborate with finance professionals to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, training, and knowledge sharing.

  • Identify and address operational issues and implement process improvements.

  • Liaise with external vendors and partners as necessary.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance, FP&A, or SAP/Master Data roles.

  • Understanding of SAP Master Data objects, structures, and dependencies.

  • Finance processes (close, forecasting, budgeting) and systems (SAP, BW) knowledge.

  • Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal.

  • Excellent command of business tools and Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Excel incl. Power Query, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
    Power BI knowledge is considered an advantage.

  • Outstanding strategic and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Can-do attitude.

  • Team player in multi-country teams with excellent interpersonal skills, including a ‘Work from Home’ environment.

  • Good business acumen.
