Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will drive the creation of innovative products that leverage data and technology to optimize processes and enhance analytics for Finance, P&A, and Business Management functions. You will lead the development of FRAME, a cloud-native Finance Research, Analytics, and Modeling Engine.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
  • Ensure products meet user needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists using cloud-based tools (e.g., AWS, Databricks, MLFlow, Python).
  • Analyze data to extract insights, define KPIs, and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Python, R, or SAS.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for exceptional user experiences.
  • High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with FP&A and model-based forecasting.
  • Understanding of the model development and execution lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Experience in deploying platforms for ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
