Job Description

Our Revenue Cycle Analytics team is seeking a Financial Analytics Specialist / BI Analyst who will be responsible for providing analytical support to different revenue cycle initiatives, gathering data, and building dashboards to deliver metrics and insights to help answer questions and solve problems. As a key member of our dynamic team within the Finance organization, you’ll play a vital role in leveraging data analytics to drive impactful insights and support our mission-driven initiatives.

You Will:

• Gathers data from multiple sources and performs moderate to complex analysis, generating reports into a digestible and actionable format supportive of organizational metrics.
• Designs and supports data models optimized to support analytical tools such as Tableau and Cognos.
• Develops dynamic dashboards, reports and other data products that presents insights.
• Drives forward the predictive and prescriptive analytic capabilities of the team.
• Arranges and format data for clear and concise presentation ensuring output contains all user-requested output data points.
• Follows established security procedures when fulfilling data requests.

You Have:

• 2-4 years of relevant data analysis and modeling experience
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or finance preferred
• Strong SQL proficiency, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay Range $96,800.00-$154,900.00
