The Digital Data Analyst sits in the Global Squad within our Digital Sales Experience team for the remainder of FY2024 (end of September 2024). This role is critical to meeting ANZ’s commitment to ASIC on Financial Hardship, due by Sep 2024. The successful candidate will support an audit of all Financial Hardship content and journeys on Anz.com, establish strategy, and deliver uplifted content and journeys on ANZ.com to mitigate the ASIC findings and identified systemic issues.
The Data Analyst is critical to making this happen and will:
- Understand and measure digital customer journeys and the effectiveness of online financial hardship content
- Use online and offline data to understand customer attributes, behavior, preferences and pain points when it comes to accessing financial hardship content
- Define and implement audiences for on-site and off-site activation
- Perform deep-dive analyses on business initiatives and prepare post-implementation-reviews

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target (preferred) or similar tools.
- Knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing/advertising fundamentals and customer journey optimization
- Ability to identify, describe, quantify and prioritise opportunities, build business cases and influence stakeholders, and work with squad members to deliver outcomes
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience combining disparate data from multiple sources to create a complete understanding of a problem or opportunity
- Strong written, visual and verbal communication of analysis insights and recommendations to a non-technical audience
