We are seeking a co-founder who understands the healthcare employment landscape and has successfully grown business and communities related to healthcare.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies for growth in the healthcare market, focusing on user acquisition, community development, and brand engagement.
- Community Building: Foster a thriving community of healthcare professionals, organizations, and partners, facilitating discussions, events, and knowledge sharing.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and connect with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including providers, organizations, and influencers.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with healthcare audiences, promoting our AI solutions and services.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics and growth KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, community management, or business development within the healthcare sector.
- Self-Motivated and Driven: A strong ability to work independently and motivate a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling to connect with diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for Innovation: A genuine enthusiasm for utilizing technology and AI to improve healthcare recruiting processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Transparency
While our plan for this role is equity only until we secure venture capital funding, for the right candidate we could work out a structure to pay you a portion of every deal you close.
