  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI architectures and techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to a rapidly evolving field.
  • Commitment to ethical and responsible AI development practices

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize GenAI models: Build and customize GenAI models for specific business needs, ranging from content generation and data augmentation to predictive analytics and creative automation.
  • Prepare and pre-process data: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand data requirements, prepare and clean datasets, and ensure optimal model performance.
  • Train and fine-tune GenAI models: Design and execute training strategies, experiment with hyperparameters, and optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
  • Develop and integrate GenAI pipelines: Build and maintain the infrastructure and pipelines necessary for model training, deployment, and monitoring within production environments.
  • Evaluate and analyze GenAI results: Assess model performance through metrics and qualitative analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Stay informed about GenAI advancements: Actively track the latest research, explore emerging techniques, and share valuable insights with your team.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, researchers, and domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Document and communicate technical details: Clearly and concisely document work, present findings to diverse audiences, and foster understanding of GenAI concepts within the organization.
