We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and deploying state-of-the-art generative AI models, with a focus on computer vision and natural language processing (NLP). You will work on cutting-edge projects involving large language models (LLMs), advanced neural network architectures, and real-world AI applications. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models, focusing on both computer vision and NLP domains.
- Build and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Implement and improve deep learning architectures leveraging Keras for rapid prototyping and deployment.
- Apply OpenCV techniques for image and video processing tasks integrated into AI pipelines.
- Develop and deploy NLP solutions including text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and dialogue systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable AI products.
- Perform research and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative models, transformer architectures, diffusion models, and GANs.
- Optimize models for performance and efficiency on cloud or edge environments.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code with proper documentation and testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions to foster a culture of innovation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6 to 11 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on generative AI technologies.
- Expert-level proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks for building complex neural networks.
- Hands-on experience with Keras for designing and implementing deep learning models.
- Strong background in Computer Vision, including image processing, object detection, segmentation, and video analysis using OpenCV.
- Demonstrated expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, T5, or similar architectures. Experience fine-tuning and deploying these models in production environments is essential.
- Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques like tokenization, embedding, sequence-to-sequence models, and transformer-based architectures.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, preprocess data efficiently, and handle real-world noisy data.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for model deployment is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for research and innovation in AI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Published research or contributions to open-source AI projects related to generative models or computer vision.
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating in fast-paced startup or product-driven environments.
