We are seeking an experienced and innovative GenAI Full-Stack Lead to drive the development and deployment of next-generation applications leveraging Generative AI.

This role requires a blend of expertise in full-stack development using with deep expertise in PHP Hack, Python, ML and a strong background in building scalable, modular backend systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using technology-including GenAI-to improve productivity and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities: Assess and integrate both open-source and commercial Generative AI tools and frameworks (e. g. , PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex) to maximize performance and efficiency.

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AI-driven features using models such as LLMs and diffusion models for use cases including code generation, content creation, summarization, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Collaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to prototype and embed lightweight GenAI capabilities into existing internal platforms. Engineer scalable and maintainable systems in PHP/Hack that support long-term growth and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Develop and deploy GenAI-powered solutions—such as intelligent Outlook inbox tools—to streamline communication triage, summarization, and historical data retrieval. Build robust internal automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and deliver measurable productivity improvements across analyst teams.

Promote clean, reusable coding standards and influence architectural decisions to enable modular and extensible system design. Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and championing responsible, thoughtful adoption of AI and automation technologies. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 6 years experience in designing backend systems that are reliable, modular, and easy to maintain Minimum 6 years experience in backend engineering, with strong proficiency in PHP Hack, Python, React and GraphQL Minimum 5 years experience in React JS, React Native, JavaScript HTML Deep knowledge of modern GenAI models and MLOps practices High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field Experience in GenAI Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
