A major element of ZRC is a rapidly growing research laboratory focused on fundamental research in the area of computing systems (new hardware, new software, new algorithms).
The research work of the lab will be carried out not only by Huawei’s internal research staff but also by our academic research partners in universities across Europe. The lab provides an open research environment where academics will be encouraged to visit and work on fundamental long-term research alongside with Huawei staff in an environment that, like the best universities and research institutes, is open and conducive to such world-leading scientific work.
We are seeking a highly skilled Intern with expertise in generative AI and 3D reconstruction and rendering. This role involves self-driven and innovative work model and cooperation with other researchers to build and verify a novel 3D pipeline.
Your Responsibilities
Explore the frontier generative AI technology, including but not limited text2image, prompt-assist 3D generation, controllable content generation etc.
Explore the novel and fast 3D/4D rendering technology combining with ML.
Build a multiview-based 3D reconstruction and real-time rendering pipeline for autonomous driving
Required Skills
- PhD or Master in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on deep learning and computer graphics.
• Proficient in transformer, diffusion model, SAM/CLIP, 3DGS etc.
• Publications at top tier conferences like ICCV/ECCV/CVPR/ICRL/NeurIPS/SIGGRAPH etc.
The starting date is as soon as possible.
Location: Zurich or Lausanne, Switzerland
