Your Role: Join us to contribute to our enterprise priority of driving innovation through data & digital. You will be responsible for creating solutions that turn data into actionable insights in close collaboration with our business stakeholders. This will involve building a deep understanding of business processes and identifying opportunities to leverage data & analytics for improving customer engagement in the pharmaceutical industry. The focus area will be the use of generative AI solutions like ChatGPT. Our organization was a frontrunner in enabling the internal, secure and compliant use of GPT technology. We are now working on several use cases already, and you will play a crucial role in driving our generative AI ambition forward. In addition, you will work on predictive analytics and recommendation systems. In creating these solutions, you will be able to leverage an advanced analytics ecosystem built on modern AWS, Snowflake and Palantir Foundry cloud technology and become part of a team of highly skilled experts working on data ingestion, transformation and analysis. You will collaborate closely with international business teams, the headquarter-based IT team and data & analytics developer teams located in Europe and India. You will be the single point of accountability for the scoping, delivery and deployment of your data & analytics solutions.

Who you are:

• You have a master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration with a technical focus, or related subjects
• You have a minimum of 6+ years of experience as a product owner, data & analytics expert or data scientist.
• You have experience in working with data & analytics solutions such as AWS, Snowflake or Palantir Foundry
• You possess a strong knowledge of natural language processing, including first experience in the use of Generative AI technologies.
• You have a strong drive to identify new use cases that leverage data to improve business processes.
• You have experience with Healthcare Marketing and Sales is a plus.
• You are proficient in English communication skills and ability to effectively communicate both with business teams and developers.
• You possess experience working in virtual teams.
